Aalim LMS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this e-learning platform powered by WPLMS and the Aalim LMS Mobile App published on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services, our mobile app, and when we send notifications via WhatsApp using Meta’s (Facebook) WhatsApp Cloud API.

We use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to send messages. Messages are sent only to users who have registered a phone number with their account and given consent to receive messages. We use approved message templates for notifications sent outside the WhatsApp 24-hour messaging window. Meta/WhatsApp may also process message data according to their policies.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (TLS/HTTPS, encrypted storage where applicable, access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If the mobile app offers in-app purchases or paid subscriptions, payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.
